Our private dining room is available to reserve for business meetings or your special event.
Room Fee - $200 for 2.1/2 hours. $75 per hour for each additional hour. You will be charged from the time you arrive through when you exit the room.
Check Payment - we do not accept multiple payment for the private room. One person is responsible for the check or we can split the check evenly in 2 if you are co-hosting with one other person.
Cancellation Policy - We require 5 days’ notice to cancel your event and ask that you call to speak with a manager. If you must cancel past that 5-day window, your card will be will be charged $100. (50% of the minimum)
Decoration Policy - The room will be set up when you arrive with tablecloths if rented and salt/pepper/sugar on table. All other decorations are the responsibility of the party. We ask that you do not hang anything on the walls or use anything that could damage the room or tables. Small flower arrangements, framed pictures, votive candles and balloons are fine. (No glitter or confetti. This will result in an extra cleaning fee). Gift table upon request & an antique hutch is in the room to display cakes or pictures.
White Linen Table Clothes - $12 each-optional (white linen napkins are included in the room fee). We do not allow outside table clothes due to the room being set up before you arrive
Room Capacity - 22 people
Projector Screen - we have a screen for your use, but we do not have a projector
Music - there is no music in the room, however, you are more than welcome to bring a small bluetooth speaker to use with a phone
Menu options - Full menu, Set Menu 3-5 items picked from our menu (highly recommended), Buffet (limited to 16 ppl or less) *NOTE* No Outside Food or Desserts allowed. You may bring champagne for mimosa to be poured by someone in your party. OJ will be provided by Puffy Muffin. No Liquor. We do not have champagne flutes here.
Desserts - must be purchased through Puffy Muffin. If you are wanting a specialty cake or cookies, it must be ordered through the cake room online. Please specify that it’s for a private dining room so it can be put on the room bill.
NO SUNDAYS - The room is unavailable on Sundays due to minimal staff, hours & menu.
